Tobin. - Armed Recce Genoa -Turin - Savona - Up 01.10 - A/C Failed to return. 2 A/C of 13 Sqn and 1 of 114 Sqn reported seeing a believed A/C go down in flames at approx (V) P1836 after intense light flak.
A/C seen to be hit by flak and crash in flames over Genoa area at approx 01.55 hrs.
Believed A/C crashed in flames from 200’ above water at 01.53 hrs, intense flak at point.
